Any activity conducted through your phiery account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. phiery is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with phiery's KYC process, which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. phiery may suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
phiery accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phiery reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. phiery's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phiery platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phiery account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phiery does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use phiery at your own risk.
phiery reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, phi ery reserves the right to void any bonus balances and withhold winnings pending investigation. phiery operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by phiery's internal process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
